A: [Yes, there is a childproof garden at the back including a wendy house
complete with buckets and spades.]

A: [I'm afraid not]

A: [Yes in the back garden]

A: [Yes, electricity and gas are both included]

A: [Yes, there is a dishwasher, double oven, microwave and five ring gas hob. There is a washing machine and tumbler dryer in the utility room]

A: [Yes, 1/3rd of the rental with the booking and the other 2/3rds 6 weeks before the holiday start]
